Shipping & handling costs vary depending on the size of the order , where it is being shipped to and the method of shipping. For these reasons, we will advise you of this cost when we send you the confirmation of receipt of your order. Orders are shipped upon receipt of full payment.
GST is at a rate of 5%
US$ exchange rate is the rate stated by the Royal Bank of Canada on the day the order is confirmed.

Returns or cancellations: Restock fee is 20% of paid amount on cancelled orders or items returned in sellable condition with advanced authorization. Credit will be given towards future purchase, no cash refunds. Damaged/defective merchandise will be replaced: please call immediately for arrangements, claims must be made within 5 days of receipt. Shipping & handling costs are not refundable.
